The intention here is to help you instantly understand some of the key current market conditions. includes asking prices now and as of a year ago, listings count, inventory count currently and as of -3 and -6m. rental data includes vacancy rates now and as of -6m and -12m, median rents now and as of 12m ago.

House trends

House trends charts show the time-series data over the last 12-months for the wider area. This gives a more statistically sound measure than a narrow suburb only focus, especially when looking at median prices. Includes inventory levels, median prices and listings. Data is based on the statistical area 3 (Sa3).

Unit trends charts show the time-series data over the last 12-months for the wider area. This gives a more statistically sound measure than a narrow suburb only focus, especially when looking at median prices. Includes inventory levels, median prices and listings. Data is based on the statistical area 3 (Sa3).​

Rent trends

Rent trends charts show the time-series data over the last 12-months for the wider area. This gives a more statistically sound measure than a narrow suburb only focus, especially when looking at median prices. Includes house median rents, unit median rents and vacancy rates. Data is based on the statistical area 3 (Sa3).​

Price segments

Property sales are grouped into different price bands. The percentage sold in each price segment is displayed based on analysed sales over the last 12-months for the suburb.

Top streets

Our top 20 streets are ranked and displayed on the map. As you hover over the street name the corresponding map pin will be highlighted real-time on the map. This methodology is based on house price estimates for every property on the street. Where we can generate a minimum sample of 10 price estimates, we generate a street median house price.

Elevation

The median elevation for each statistical area 1 (Sa1) is displayed and grouped into segments. The horizontal axis of the chart shows the average elevation and the vertical axis shows the count of Sa1 regions by elevation. Clicking on the shaded areas of the map will display a pop-up with the highest average and lowest average elevation estimates.

Profiles

This map shows the social index distribution for the suburb. Each statistical area 1 (Sa1) has socio-economic ranking. A ranking of 1 indicates the neighbourhood is in the lowest 10% of the state in terms of socio-economic advantage and disadvantage. A score of 10 indicates the highest in the state.
